We know that we have the first official 2018 update, but if you follow us on social networks like Facebook, you know we're too busy to be disproportionate. We have three big announcements today.
Removing OS S from Downloads: We removed the OS S because its developer announced that it would not be able to update and undevelope the operating system again. We have heard of this situation and we have removed OS S from Downloads to avoid giving people a corrupted URL. If you ask if the OS S will download again; It doesn't come because we don't have a way to install it and why should we bring it to download again when Ubuntu 14.04's support is coming to an end? (In the meantime, we live in the state of the internet is slow.) For the first time we made our own distribution (OS F): In the past months we have published OS N. Although we did not introduce our own distribution, in fact it was not. Normally, we were going to do our own system (modify the Nitrux) but there was an obstacle. OK, we've installed the default apps, we've done the branding, but how would we do the ISO file? We tried Pinguy Builder, but there were troubles. We tried the shell scripts (.sh) that were prepared for a lot of distribution, but it didn't. All we had to do was a solution; to distribute the distribution to the original (unmodified Nitrux) ISO file. As such, we could not make our own distribution. But, there was an opportunity for the later version (OS F); After the development phase of OS N, we have developed ourselves to make distribution, and in this way, we have completely taken up the capacity to make our own distribution and started the development phase (June 2018). We made the first beta of OS F in 15 days and we improved it fast. On September 5, we officially published OS F. (And already Spez started the new era in Linux, and this event seemed miracle for us) OS L is back: In August, we announced that we will put the OS L Operating System in an uncertain place. This was due to many factors, but it was mainly due to limited resources and time that led to numerous obstacles in development. However, we continue to receive more messages than anything that demands the return of OS L. Today, at the end of 2018, we are pleased to announce that we have a new (and old) OS L test structure. This new build will be available and available with the new progress of the Rainier UI and Ubuntu OS. internally and to the list of curators of community testers. If everything continues as planned (hit on wood), it will open to the public in January 2019 for testing. ------------------------------ Also Remember To Like Our Facebook Page For Latest Updates.
